Shop the Spring Artisan Market
We have so many things to celebrate at Ephemera Paducah this spring! What better way to do that than to bring several of our favorite, artists, quilters and fiber artists together under one roof for a one day art sale and extravaganza! We’re hosting the 2016 Spring Artisan Market on Thursday, April 21, from 1 to 8 p.m. at the studio. Artists from various parts of the country will be selling their work.
You will find a variety of quilt-themed pieces and original artwork inspired by the fiber arts scene that will take over Paducah, Ky., during the famed AQS QuiltWEEK (April 21-23). Not to mention wonderful gift and home decor items for anyone who appreciates handcrafted, handmade items. Need a special Mother’s Day gift? Show mom how much you care by purchasing her something beautiful made with love. Locals and quilter guests, alike, will find goodies at the Spring Artisan Market.
Participating artists include Rose Hughes, Scarlet Fields, Debby Maddy, Rosemary Kandt, Kristin Williams, Holly King, Valerie Pollard and Maureen Tavernaro. As you may have noted, several of these artisans have taught classes at Ephemera Paducah before. So we are very excited to invite them back to share their work at the Spring Artisan Market.
In addition to getting to meet national quilters and fiber artists, as well as a chance to purchase their work, market attendees will also find a wide selection of quilting books and quilting supplies for sale, as well as other one-of-a-kind gift items such as paper beads, paper bead jewelry, hashtag jewelry, mixed media art, Christmas ornaments, adorable onesies, and so much more.
Parking is EASY on the street or via our gravel parking lot behind the building accessed off of Madison Street. Mark your calendars and schedule a trek for you and your artsy friends to Paducah’s Lower Town Arts District on April 21. We’ll have lots of goodies waiting for you!
