Refunds & Returns

Everyday ArtistWe know things come up and at times you may have to cancel a workshop for which you are registered. Please also understand some instructors are traveling to teach and a minimum number of students is needed to make their time worthwhile so, in some cases, refunds will not be available. Refunds for class cancellations must be requested via email. Refunds may be given (minus 10% of the class fee) for cancellations received no later than 72 hours before the start of the workshop. Credit for future workshops may be carried forward one time for cancellations received within 72 hours of the start of the workshop.

However, if your cancellation jeopardizes the minimum number needed to hold the workshop, there will be no refunds nor class credit. The minimum number to hold a workshop is always prominently advertised in the workshop description.

For products purchased at the store, store credit will be given on returns within 30 days, with the original receipt and the product in its original condition.
