We have the event for you! Sign up below to participate in our somewhat annual Stash Swap & Sale. Price those supplies to MOVE and make room for new stuff! Or trade your old stuff for someone else’s stuff and make new stuff!
We have two options this year – inside and out.
1. Inside the Studio Option $20
Includes one 6-foot table and 2 chairs. You may set-up on Friday, October 21 between 3:00-5:00 pm or Saturday morning at 7:30 am. (Everyone needs to be ready to go at 8:00 am Saturday morning.) Or,
2. On the Patio Option $10
Bring your own table & chairs and stake out a 10′ by 10′ place on the Patio Saturday morning, October 22. Doors open at 8:00 am so be ready to go by then!
You are responsible for all money handling, change, pricing, tags, bags, & sacks. If you have Square or some other device to take credit cards, we will share the wifi password. Your registration fee will be used to help promote the event through social media advertising, posters, etc.
At the end of the day, if you have items left that you really don’t want to take home, we will make sure they end up at one of our local nonprofit organizations that need art supplies!
Because your registration fee will be used for promotion of this event, we will not be able to refund your fees should you cancel. If we do not get the needed minimum number of participants(6) by October 10th, you will be refunded your registration fee.
