Patience Renzulli and her happy Needle Felters had so much fun this summer we are doing it again! Spend four (4) Tuesday afternoons in October stabbing creatures to life with enthusiastic guidance and cheerleading (and chocolate, always chocolate)!
Using Sara Renzulli’s Sarafina Fiber Art techniques and methods, Patience will either introduce you to or guide you to the next level of this art form. She will communicate with you prior to class to get a feel for your skill level and interests. ALL levels are welcome!
If you don’t already have wool and/or a project in mind, Patience will recommend a Sarafina Fiber Arts Kit which we will have waiting for you the first day of class (ranging $28-$48 in price). It’s likely you can finish one creature and start a second in the timeframe allotted. (Especially if you don’t miss and work a little bit at home. Patience likes to give a little homework!)
Needle felting is a very forgiving medium and is highly rewarding and fun; the results of your efforts will delight you and leave you with a sense of pride in your work. Once you learn the basics, the sky is the limit! Please come prepared to laugh and feel joy!
- Basic needle felting tools are needed for this (a surface like a Stabbit Wabbit, needles, pen tool, Zullitool, bandaids, etc). Zip Kristin an email if you need tools.
- If you don’t have wool or a Sarafina Kit, you will need to purchase one the first day of class. Patience will recommend one based on your skill level.
Before registering for this class, please review our Cancellation Policies which were updated September 2018.
