Patience is a dear Lower Town neighbor, animal lover (particularly Whippets), and absolutely obsessed with needle felting. And a Sarafina Certified Instructor! The Sarafina Certification Curriculum serves to certify instructors to teach using Sarafina techniques, products, and structural support. Sarafina Certified Instructors are skilled, understand the potential of the medium, and are able to convey a world of felting possibilities in a helpful, fun, and concise manner.

Many people in the region enjoy making critters, creatures, and fascinating characters out of wool roving! We take a little credit for creating a few needle felting aficionados by hosting Sara Renzulli of Sarafina Fiber Arts for teaching engagements from time-to-time!
Because it’s so much fun to learn from each other, we’re going to host a few meetups of those who enjoy needle felting or want to give it a go! Our great Lower Town neighbor and needle felting obsessed friend, Patience Renzulli, will help host these events and lend a hand to those challenged by a kit or process.
We’re going to try to keep this pretty informal. Each month we’ll have a project for those who would like to get started on something new. Or, if you are actively involved in needle felting, bring what you are working on and just enjoy the companionship of others stabbing away!
Choose one of the options below so we know how to plan. For those already working on a project, bring all your “stuff!” For those brand spanking new, we’ll have tools to lend for your first visit and your class fee will cover a small project. The “full meal deal” option for September will be making a darling Pilgrim Gnome!
We’ll have Sarafina Kits in stock as well as tools and other goodies. Come play!
